Shape-shifting is a common theme in folklore. In its broadest sense, it is a change in the physical form or shape of a person to an animal, plant, or inanimate object. Almost every culture around the world has some type of transformation myth, and almost every commonly found animal probably has a shape-shifting myth attached to them. These images were inspired by Celtic and Native American legends.
